My heart pounded in my chest as I ran across the flat-top hill. I felt my arm extend, my fingers stretching out at my sides. My nails became talons and my face formed into a snout. The wind blew my neck frill againest my back and fangs grew to replace my teeth that had fallen to the ground.

My long tongue flicked this way and that, tasteing the air around me. My legs grew longer and bent, seductive pain. Curved claws had sprouted from my dirty barefeet, my eyes sharpened and closed slowly, I no longer needed to see. Why should we belive in you?I am not some girly horse with a horn pasted to my forehead, I am not a horse at all. My tail looks more like a lion's, and beasts would tremble at my Arabian brother's (or sister's) call. Man is my only enemy, for in his greed he hunts us down for profit. I am a wild beast deserveing the respect you give any other. If you don't belive in us, why should we belive in you?
